TCPalm is a free iPhone app developed by Gannett, providing users with local news and happenings in their community. TCPalm also offers a subscription service that is charged to users' iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and automatically renews each month or year, unless turned off in the user's iTunes account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
